Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched on the same day. Most orders arrive within 1-3 working days. If you are out when delivery is attempted, whether by Royal Mail or by a courier, you will receive a card to arrange redelivery. |

If you require a next day delivery*, this service is available for orders placed before 2pm on a working weekday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.** |

** We obtain proof of postage for all parcels. Please ensure there is someone available to receive parcels at the delivery address. We cannot offer refunds for postage.
We will update you on the progress of your order by email
You will receive an email when order has been placed and when your order is despatched. Your card will not be charged until items are despatched. We try our very best to keep items in stock, if your item is out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Any orders for out of stock items will be held on back order until they are available. You have the option to cancel your order at any stage.
Returns
Money back guarantee
You have the right to return any unused products in a re-saleable condition (in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange within 28 days. If you choose to return goods you will need to pay for the postage.
The small print
Goods returned after the 28 day period may be subject to a £3.00 handling fee at Move Cookshop’s discretion. If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail or a courier due to non-collection and we have already re-issued items, postage will be recharged at the original rate. If you require a VAT receipt for goods please contact us and we will forward one.
