Anolon Advanced's fish kettle has an exceptionally durable hard anodized surface and DuPont enhanced, Autograph 2 gourmet non-stick for easy clean convenience so your food literally slides off the surface. The kettle allows you to poach a fish whole, and by placing the fish on an inner grid it can be removed easily and intact. Cook your fish perfectly in the kettle by covering it with cold water, bringing the water slowly to simmering point on the hob and then turning off the heat, allowing the fish to cook as the water cools. This method keeps the fish beautifully moist and allows you the retain head and tail for aesthetic effect.
