Innovative Eva Solo grater, or Rivejern in Danish, a set composed of two interchangeable grater faces and a black stand that, when turned around, becomes a firm handle when you use the grater over pots or bowls. One plate has three hole sizes on for various cheeses, and the other has a plain slicer and a serrated slicer, and two small hole sections for nutmeg, lime and the like. Each is inscribed with the Eva Solo logo and the name of the range 'Design by Tools'.
