Mermaid's round pie dish forms a key ingredient to the perfect homemade pie. With sloping walls for easy removal of the pan's contents and an all round lip on which to gently affix the pie pastry lid, this is a superb choice for a family-sized pie, allowing 4-6 generous portions.
